About Us:
CLEXTRAL is a leader in twin-screw extrusion technology. We provide integrated turnkey production lines, dryers and ancillary equipment to our customers. To support our growth in the German and Austrian market, we are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our team.
Your Mission:
As a Sales Agent, you will play a role in expanding CLEXTRAL’s presence in Germany and Austria. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Business Development and Prospecting:
- Identify and approach new clients in the region.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., buyers, plant and technical managers).
- Actively promote CLEXTRAL’s products and services to potential customers.
2. Local Market Expertise:
- Provide a comprehensive analysis of current market trends and major players, with a particular focus on the food industry, along with the feed and green sectors.
- Highlight key competitor strategies, consumer preferences, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities that are shaping the market landscape.
3. Achieving Quantifiable Goals:
- Meet sales targets at 12/2025 : 1,5M€ of sales of new equipments, which represents a complete extrusion line.
4. Representing the Company:
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to enhance CLEXTRAL’s visibility.
- Uphold the company’s values and brand image in all professional interactions.
Your Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, with experience and contacts in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of the German market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with the support of the Area Sales Manager.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
