Tasks and Responsibilities
We are looking for dedicated and goal-oriented sales representatives (m/f/d) for partner acquisition throughout Austria. Our unique business model pays clients instead of charging them, eliminating the need for traditional selling and focusing on building partnerships instead. As a freelance sales partner at enshift, you will be the driving force behind our mission to make the real estate industry more sustainable. Your main task will be to identify, acquire, and maintain long-term relationships with potential partners in the real estate industry.
Here is a detailed list of your tasks:
● Partner Acquisition: Identify and win new business partners in the field of large commercial properties (portfolios, manufacturing operations, retail, warehousing & transport, agriculture, etc.) who want to transform their properties to be more energy-efficient and sustainable.
● Network Building and Maintenance: Build and maintain a strong professional network to establish long-term business relationships. Regular interaction with existing partners to ensure high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
● Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential business fields. Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize partner acquisition.
● Product Presentation and Consulting: Present services and models to potential partners. Advise and support in selecting the products and services that best meet their needs.
● Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyse feedback from partners and customers to continuously improve service quality. Regular reporting to management on sales activities, progress, and results. This role requires an independent working style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both proactively and as part of a team. Ideal for candidates with a passion for renewable energies, sustainable building, and the development of long-term business relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
● Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, renewable energies, sustainable building, or similar sectors. Experience in partner acquisition and building business relationships is essential.
● Educational Background: A degree in business administration, marketing, engineering with a focus on renewable energies, or a related field is desirable. Alternatively, a comparable commercial education or professional experience with relevant further training in sales.
● Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German. Ability to present complex issues clearly and understandably. ● Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close persuasive contracts.
● Self-Motivation: High self-motivation and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented. Strong time management and organizational skills.
● Technical Understanding: Good technical understanding and interest in renewable energies, as well as the ability to understand and convey technical details of products and services.
● Network Building: Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks. An existing, active network in the relevant sector is a big plus.
● Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel to meet customers and partners in person and to participate in industry events.
● Digital Competence: Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

● Location: Our head office is located in Vienna, Austria. For the position of freelance sales representative (m/f/d) for partner acquisition, we are looking for independent sales partners throughout Austria and neighbouring countries.
● Contract Type: This position is advertised on a freelance, self-employed basis.
